- Dr. Paul Schwedfeger has been practicing Dentistry in Rochester, New York since 1980. With a B.S. degree from SUNY Albany, Dr. Schwedfeger studied Biomedical Engineering at Catholic University and the National Institutes of Health in Washington, D.C. before receiving his D.D.S. from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry, the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
